For first-time clients: How does Atradius Collections work?
If you aren't a client yet, then one easy way to get your collections process started is to request a free quote. This can be done via the online form, as well as by phone via 888.283.8718.
Once you have chosen Atradius Collections as your debt collections agency, you will receive a confirmation with the following:
- Your client number (numbers, if you have more than one location);
- Contact details of your point of contact at Atradius Collections;
- Login information for Collect@Net, our online collection system.
As a client, you will receive login information for our online system, Collect@Net. Here you can submit collection cases, look at ongoing cases and provide relevant. Not only do you have just one contact point for all your questions, you can also monitor your collection cases online: 24/7, world-wide. If internet access is not available to you, we also accept fax.
Excellent Case Handling Procedure

The Atradius Collections process in the first 24 hours
As soon as a debtor is entered into the online system, the collector will start working on the case which is our Excellent Case handling process. The amicable collection phase is initiated once he or she contacts your debtor directly, by telephone, email, fax or letter. This takes place within the first 24 hours.
Our goal is to collect the debt for you as quickly and efficiently as possible. You always have one point of contact at Atradius Collections where all your questions are answered and information on the progress of each case is given.
The Atradius Collections process after the first 24 hours
If necessary, collector will be specially assigned to you and will work with you to gain more insight into your operations and the relationship with your customer to help speed up the collection. Depending on the case, next steps are determined.
Atradius Collections actively keeps you updated throughout the whole process and advises step by step on what clients can do. In this way we can resolve most cases quickly and amicably.
Most collection cases are settled amicably, although, unfortunately, that is not always the case. Sometimes taking legal action is the only solution and in these situations, we guide you through the legal proceedings.
