One global operating platform

Atradius Collections has reached a critical milestone. During the weekend of 6th/7th  December, the US branch of Atradius Collections migrated to our operating platform Score. Now all Atradius Collections units are operating on the same platform and all countries are fully aligned. This will ensure that the services we are offering to our clients will be consistent with an integrated global Collections service. Working on Score as a single operational platform worldwide will allow faster handling of cases and a better end-to-end view.

The online platform Collect@Net is part of our optimal service concept. Having spoken with our customers, we analysed their needs which resulted in this new and improved release which went live in November 2008.

Collect@Net was already fully functional for entering new debts, tracking current debts, generating reports and booking credit notes in real-time. You can now view single or multiple debts, different debt categories and statuses, and even data on closed cases. Given that any information is updated as soon as it is entered, you can be sure your account is always up-to-date each time you log on.

Significant new features that have now been released are:

  • Collection case history and actions taken are now visible
  • Increased reporting to create an optimal overview and to meet management information needs.

Managing Director Atradius Collections Raymond van der Loos: ‘We expect that the new Collect@Net version, as well as the next release to come in the second quarter of 2009, will make it easier for our clients to do business with us. We are always open for suggestions so that Collect@Net will also satisfy the customer needs in the future.’
