Welcome to a new edition of the International Atradius Collections newsletter.

We had a lot of responses to our customer survey last year. These responses have led to new insights and led to the start of the first changes and improvements. You can read all about the first steps we are taking in the article “Your response, our improvements”.

In the first quarter of 2009 Atradius Collections has experienced enormous growth and we expect it to continue. Of course in a recession, Collections is one of the ways to keep your cash flow running.

We do realise that there are many businesses that are having a hard time during this recession. And therefore it is more important than ever to have a good insight in the market and the developments. Because of this, we would like to share our knowledge with you in our seminars, and publications. The seminars are all free of charge to visit, and all publications are downloadable on our website.
