UNIREC is the Association of Italian Collectors Companies and Commercial Informations Sellers. It is joined to Confindustria Servizi Innovativi e Tecnologici (Confederation of Italian Industry) and is member of FENCA (Federation of European National Collection Associations). Read more

The ABR-BVI (the Belgian Collectors Association) is the only professional association of its kind in Belgium. It groups 16 members of the 80 plus that are active in Belgium. All members are major, top-notch agencies, selected because of the trust they inspire daily throughout the quality of their work. The Credit Services Association (CSA) is the only National Association in the UK for companies active in relation to unpaid credit accounts, debt recovery agencies, tracing and allied professional services and has a history dating back to 1902.Read more

FECMA - the Federation of European Credit Management Associations was founded in 1986 by Sir Roger Cork, who lately served as Lord Mayor of London from 1996-97.  FECMA is a not-for-profit organisation, consisting of members who are all national credit management associations. FECMA vision is to promote best practice in credit management by enabling the members of all the FECMA associations to share their knowledge and experience. Read more

CCAA

US: CCAA

CCAA is a triadic organization with over 200 members.  Its core membership group, of over one hundred commercial collection agencies, represents the most prestigious commercial collection agencies in the United States. CCAA's affiliate members are law firms and law list publishers who comprise the remaining elements of the Triadic System, the oldest and most cost-effective world-wide legal forwarding network. US: ACA/IACC

The International Association of Commercial Collectors (IACC) offers the Certified Commercial Collection Agency Program as a way for agencies to demonstrate their professionalism and devotion to providing quality collection services. This unique mark of distinction is awarded after an extensive application and assessment process determines that the agency meets or exceeds the program’s standard operational guidelines. Read more

Established in 1961, the Institute of Mercantile Agents Limited (IMA) represents collectors, investigators, process servers and repossession agents throughout Australia. HK: HKCCMA

Hong Kong Credit and Collection Management Association (HKCCMA), the first and only association for the credit and collection practitioners in Hong Kong.  The Association was officially established in December 1999 by a group of keen practitioners in the industry.Read more
