Raymond van der Loos – Managing Director Atradius Collections Worldwide
Prior to joining Atradius, Raymond worked for GE where he gained a lot of experience in various international positions in the financial services arm of GE Group. His background is in developing, integrating and optimising cross border receivable management operations in order to enhance cash management and organisational efficiencies performances. He joined Atradius in 2006 to expand Atradius international integrated collections services and solutions. |

Gert Jan Kampman – Executive Manager Finance & Control – Global
Gertjan started to work in 1997 for one of the predecessors of Atradius Collections, the Dutch Bailiff and Collections office Smit-Ommen. During his career in Atradius Collections he had various roles in the company, starting from IT manager via the position of Regional Finance Manager, Unit Controller, managing Operations in Netherlands and Germany, to his current role in which he is worldwide responsible for Finance & Control, Legal and Compliance. |

Ralph van Dijk – Executive Manager Commercial – EMEA
Ralph has been working as Global account director for ING Group, and as Manager Technology Finance for Hewlett-Packard Nordics. After this experience he became Director Customer FinancingEMEA for Oracle (Peoplesoft) Customer Financing. Before starting at Atradius Collections he worked as Sales Director for Dun & Bradstreet Benelux.

Arnold van den Esschert – Executive Manager Insured Collections – Global
During the 30 years that Arnold has been working for Atradius he has had many different positions such as Global head of Group Risk Management, responsible for Claims, Underwriting and Recoveries for Benelux. Before joining AC Arnold was the country responsible for Italy for both Credit as bonding. |

Rudi de Greve – Executive Manager Operations & COEs – Global
Rudi joined the Atradius Group in 1994 as a collector. During his career within the Group he held various positions, he managed amongst others the Claims dept for NL, UK, B and F. Prior to joining Atradius, Rudi worked in the Car industry (VW/Audi) as Insurance manager , in Legal Insurance (ARAG) as International expert and in a family owned international small company in the service delivery on European level. |

Anja Deelen – Senior Manager Marketing – Global
Anja joined Atradius in 2008, and is in charge of Marketing worldwide. After finishing her Business Economics studies, Anja gained experience in international companies, amongst others in Group Fiat in Italy, and after completing her MBA at Rotterdam School of Management, she started working in the financial industry. For Western Union Money Transfer Anja was responsible for marketing & communications in the Benelux region, and at Rabobank HQ she was heading the marketing department for the SME market. |

Martijn Kranenburg – Senior Manager Human Resources – Global
Martijn studied fiscal law and after finishing his army-draft he started as a management-trainee for Fortis/GWK to start a pilot preparing GWK for the €-introduction. After the next step in his career as a Recruitment & Selection Consultant for Recruitment Partners he teamed up with Gorillapark and Anachron. He also worked three years as an interim professional when he became Manager Human Resources & Facility Management for the European Headquarters of Denso, a Japanese Multinational, in 2005. He started for Atradius Collections in 2008. |
